Storm Drain Cleaning Assistance Program (SCAP)

OLWS coordinates a discounted storm drain cleaning program to make it easier for local businesses to prevent flooding and protect local water quality.

Storm drains do not filter or treat water and require regular cleaning to remove pollutants and prevent flooding. For just $55 per drain, our contractor will remove any debris from standard parking lot drains.

How it Works

Register: Fill out the form below. Let us know if your property has any special considerations.
Cleaning scheduled: After the registration period ends, the contractor will reach out to schedule a cleaning date.
Invoice sent: Once work is complete, an invoice will be sent to the billing contact listed on your registration.
