Oak Lodge Water Services (OLWS) is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms to provide various technical services. Proposals for the 2024-2028 Technical On-Call Services Contract will be received at the OLWS office located at 14611 SE River Road, Oak Grove, OR 97267 until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 25, 2024. Proposals received after the 2:00 p.m. deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the proposer(s).

Oak Lodge Water Services is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms able to provide construction services for the LS5 I&I Sewer Improvement Project Phase 1.

The project generally consists of pipe bursting and lateral reconnection for approx. 4017 feet of sanitary sewer pipe in Oak Lodge Water Services District: East of the Willamette River, West of SE River Rd, South of SE Roethe Rd, and North of Glen Echo Ave.  Jennings Lodge, OR.

The engineer’s estimate for this project is $2,006,913 - $2,111,913.

Sealed bids will be received at the Oak Lodge Water Services Office located at 14611 SE River Road, Oak Grove, OR 97267, until 2:00 PM PST on August 1, 2024, at which time all sealed bids will be publicly opened and read. Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive.

All bids shall be submitted on the furnished Bid Submission Packet in a sealed envelope plainly identifying the project name, project number, bid opening time and date, bidder’s name, and contractor’s license number. Sealed bids shall be addressed to Aaron Janicke, Oak Lodge Water Services, 14611 SE River Road, Oak Grove, OR 97267. All bids shall be submitted in the prescribed form and said manner as indicated in the Information for Bidders. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond executed in favor of the Oak Lodge Water Services Authority in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. No bid will be considered unless the bid contains, or is accompanied by, a statement by the bidder that the provisions required by ORS 279C.838 or ORS 279C.840, as applicable, pertaining to prevailing wages, shall be included as part of the Contract.
