Design and Construction Standards

Provide guidance on both designing and construction of sanitary sewer, surface water, and water facilities. This document is separated into Divisions and Sections. Sections are guidance design-related for design engineers/applicants and staff to apply. Divisions are guidance construction-related for inspectors and contractors to follow. Sanitary sewer and water detail drawings are included.

This document is intended to be updated annually. If errors are found, please cite them and submit them to Oak Lodge Water Services Technical Services Department. Please submit any comments or questions to permits@olws.org call (503) 654-7765.

Compliance Officer

Oak Lodge Water Services has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations. The compliance officer has received training in website accessibility and updates the site in accordance with those best practices. Contact our accessibility officer to report an issue.

In addition to testing with users with a wide range of disabilities and coding our website to WCAG standards, Oak Lodge Water Services regularly scans its website to ensure ongoing compliance, and makes timely changes to any inaccessible changes, if any are found.
